Plain-language summary of what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address, and your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
- Your website content: the files, text and images in your pods, your snapshots, and your chat history with the AI editor.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and actions taken in the portal, kept for security and audit purposes.
- Domain registration data: the contact details required by domain registries, if you register a domain through us.
How we use it
To host and serve your website, provide the AI editor, secure your account, process domain registrations, provide support and comply with law. We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, storage and DNS), OpenRouter and the AI model providers you select (to process editing requests; we only route to providers that don't train on your data), an email delivery provider (for sign-in and security codes), Google (if you choose Google sign-in) and our domain registrar partner.
Your choices
You can download your website files at any time, and you can delete your pods and account. Contact privacy@searchgo.net to access, correct or delete your information.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Deleted website content is removed from our storage within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
